As an artist himself, he wants to be clear, he is not trying to steal or take credit from another artist. He does not want you to purchase his products thinking you are supporting Jim Phillips or Santa Cruz Skateboards. The Ominous Words smoking hand logo has noticeable differences, and if anything, is a parody of the original. Skate or die!
